I have written before about this issue the driver for BCM Bluetooth 4. I followed your instructions and removed it, and Windows reinstalled it and I get the same message after uninstalling in. This is becoming annoying as everything that I have tried does not seem to work. The computer is working fine apart from this issue. I don't know what else I can do.
